Refund Policy

8.1 All Entry Fees are non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by Us in accordance with clause 6.

8.2 In the event that the Event is cancelled by Us for any reason other than a Force Majeure Event, We will issue a full refund of the Entry Fee, excluding the 20% donation to Green Charities.

8.3 No refunds will be issued if You are unable to attend for personal reasons, including illness, injury, travel disruption, or change in personal circumstances.

8.4 You may request a deferral instead of a refund under clause 7.2. Deferrals are at Our sole discretion and may be subject to an administration fee.

8.5 If You are found to be in breach of these Conditions, including falsifying Your entry or transferring Your bib without permission, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
